Breaking Changes​

  • As of this release (2021 R2), SEI WebServer, DataSync, and Web Central Point Configurator no longer support Internet Explorer 11. For an optimal experience, we recommend using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
  • Users using SAML2 as Single Sign-On must update their returnUrl attribute from https://yourserver:81 to https://yourserver:81/Account/SSO. See Azure Single Sign-On for details.
    Additionally, users will now see the Web Client login page when signing in.

Upgrade to 2021 R2 should be done from version 8.2 or higher. For lower versions, an intermediate upgrade to V9 or 2021 R1.1 is required.

Clear browser cache before upgrading Web Client. After upgrading, advise all users to reset their passwords.
